MICHELLE MILLARD-KISH

Michelle's eclectic professional background includes award-winning copywriting and seven years directing and producing national-level television productions. She’s been featured in both Rolling Stone and Glamour magazines for her work with MTV's The Real World but is most proud of her kids Lena and Luca. A gift and a curse, Michelle’s way with words helps her pay her mortgage and write killer letters of complaint after bad customer service—but it also causes compulsive proofing of menus and signs in elevators.
